Return/Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our upmost importance at Imperfect Reflectionz. We have provided detailed descriptions of our products for your convenience. If you have a question about a particular product(s), please contact us prior to ordering. Every effort is made to carefully inspect our products for defects prior to shipping.
If a product is defective, Item(s) must be returned in their original condition along with the original order number enclosed before an exchange or credit will be granted. Failure to adhere to this policy results in no exchange. Unauthorized returns will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense. Please do not alter the item(s) received in any way. Items cannot be returned more than 15 days after receipt. If authorized, an exchange will be issued.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return for your most convenience, complete and submit the Return Request Form.
For additional return questions contact us at imperfectreflectionz@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
* NOTE: Items sent but not received by us will NOT receive credit for the return or exchange.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately at this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for your selection of incorrect items, sizes or items on sale. Please remember to review your order (including item selection and sizing) before making your purchase!
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Any applicable fees that were charged on the original order, will not be refunded back to you. These fees could be and are including transaction, credit card processing, or any other fees. The refund will be all minus the fees for that particular transaction. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have expired, please contact your bank or credit card company for inquires.
(POD) Returns
All of our print-on-demand products are unique and produced only once ordered. Unfortunately, this means that returns and exchanges are not supported. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we do offer a free replacement or a refund minus the return shipping cost, if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
